This hotel is excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and they really pay attention to the little details. The location is convenient, just a short walk away from Lampungano bus station and Sforzesco castle. The staff is polite and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable double beds. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and the cappuccino is delicious.
The only thing that could be improved is the shower cubicle, as it could be extended to utilize the extra space in the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, Very clean and big rooms. Good hotel for business trips but not for a holiday.
Noisy and cold. High ceilings and no carpets throughout. Buffet breakfast has poor selection.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. It was also clean and had comfortable facilities. The staff were helpful and provided excellent service.
Nothing to mention.

They allowed us to stay with our three dogs. The rooms were large. The Duomo was 4.2 km away but it was an easy walk and a nice way to see the city. A train stop is near the hotel so you can take that instead. Only one euro each way. There is a nice restaurant near the Deutsche Bank called the Blu Istanbul Kebap. Great food, service and prices. The kids loved it. The parking attendants in the parking garage were really friendly.
The room was really noisy. You could hear the people next door and in the hallway. Since I'm a light sleeper it made sleeping difficult. The rooms on the third floor share the same balcony so keeping the window open at night is out.

Nice and clear equipment, very comfortable beds. Good connection to Milano city center and main railway station.
We had problem with very very poor breakfast buffet, we was short of butter, cheese, joqurt, etc. Stagnating hot water for 2 days.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with information about the city, suggested great restaurants, and even helped us rent a bike. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We loved the spacious and cozy rooms. The breakfast was basic but delicious, especially the included cappuccino. The location was also very convenient, with public transportation just in front of the hotel and easy access to the city center. We also appreciated the free parking close to the hotel.
Nothing not too like.
